Do you have slender trouble? This short film opens with this question. It also opens with an image that we might often associate with slender trouble -- a queer image that is often ignored or ridiculed -- a fat person eating. The lyrics re-purpose the style of the famous 'heterosexual questionnaire' in order to ask viewers about their own investments in slender culture and self-shaming. In so doing, the film redefines 'slender trouble' as our society's own obsession with small, hard, disciplined bodies.
